Cynthia is a highly skilled and compassionate licensed massage therapist with over 13 years of experience helping clients achieve total body wellness. Her extensive expertise spans a wide range of modalities, including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, prenatal and geriatric massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and relaxation techniques.

Dr. Gondreau completed her Master’s degree in Acupuncture at Northwestern Health Sciences University and earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture at Five Branches University, where she refined her clinical skills and deepened her approach to holistic care. Nationally licensed and board certified through the NCCAOM, Dr. Gondreau brings a multifaceted background that includes detoxification, Traditional Chinese Medicine, functional movement and mobility. She brings a strong background in sports medicine and orthopedics, allowing her to effectively treat musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and movement-related conditions alongside her work in women’s health.

With specialized experience in PCOS, endometriosis, menstrual irregularities, hormonal imbalances, and perinatal care, Dr. Gondreau offers compassionate, evidence-informed treatments designed to restore balance, reduce pain, and support long-term health. Her approach emphasizes careful listening and the development of customized care plans aligned with each patient’s unique needs and wellness goals.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Gondreau offers microneedling and facial rejuvenation services, blending cosmetic acupuncture with modern techniques to support skin health, collagen production, and natural radiance.
